Suspect Stabs Man, Attacks Two Others

London police are investigating a third weekend stabbing, this one near Fanshawe College.

Police say just before 7am Sunday, they got a report about a man being bitten by someone he knew on Fleming Dr.

Officers allege the suspect took off before police arrived, and attempted to stab another man in front of a neighbouring house. That same man then allegedly stabbed a man in front of another residence, then assaulted a female.

The man who was allegedly stabbed was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. None of the other victims needed medical attention.

London police arrested the suspect in front of a nearby address. They also recovered a knife from the scene. Officers are holding the suspect in custody and the investigation is ongoing.

The Sunday morning incident is the third reported stabbing in London this weekend, after a fatal incident early Saturday and another later that night.
