Mustang Rammed By Chevy

A Ridgetown man has been arrested after an incident involving him and his girlfriend's ex-boyfriend.

Around 7:15pm Wednesday, police say their suspect went to a Flamingo St. parking lot in Blenheim.

Officers allege the man used his Chevy 4x4 truck to ram the back end of a Ford Mustang. Police later learned the Mustang belonged to a man that used to date the suspect's current girlfriend.

Officers say the incident create $1,500 in damages to the Mustang's rear bumper. They say the suspect switched vehicles with a family member to try to get away from police, but they eventually tracked him down.

Now a 29-year-old Ridgetown man is charged with mischief under $5,000. He was released with a future court date.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
