Serious Motorcycle Vs. Dump Truck Crash

A 68-year-old motorcycle driver has suffered serious injuries after colliding with a dump truck in Lakeshore.

The intersection of County Rd. 42 and Comber Side Rd. is closed until 1pm as OPP investigate.

Police say the dump truck was making a left turn on County Rd. 42 when it crossed in the path of the Honda motorcycle.

The Chatham man driving the bike has been taken to hospital with serious injuries while the dump truck driver was not injured.

The public is being asked to use Rochester Townline and Gracie Side Rd. and avoid the area.
