US Drivers Caught With Speed Measuring Devices

Six motorists from the US have been given penalties and fines after police pulled them over in Chatham-Kent.

CK OPP say between 11am and 7pm Sunday, they stopped six separate motorists driving on the 401. They were all caught with "speed measuring warning devices" in their vehicles.

The drivers hail from a variety of US locations, including Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois.

Officials say they've been issued $140 fines and given three demerit points.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
