No Charges After Motorcycle Hits Pedestrians

The Ontario Provincial Police in Leamington has identified a man killed Sunday night when a motorcycle slammed into a group of pedestrians.

Police say 41-year-old Hector Gonzalez of Mexico died. He was one of the pedestrians struck around 9:30pm on Fraser Rd.

Two other pedestrians and the motorcyclist suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police say they won't lay charges.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
