Walking Naked In A Cemetery

Chatham-Kent police are laying charges against a 60-year-old Wallaceburg man after someone was spotted walking naked through a cemetery on Owen Rd. in Mitchell's Bay.

Police say that incident took place on July 16, shortly after 5pm.

Investigators say the same man is also accused of pleasuring himself in the cemetery on December 26 last year. A woman who was walking her dog at the time made that disturbing discovery.

Officers say the man has been charged with two counts of committing an indecent act and has been released with conditions and a future court date.
