Early Fall Weather Outlook

Warmer than average temperatures are expected for most of September and into October for southwestern Ontario.

"Overall, at least for the first part of September, it looks like a continuation of these warm temperatures," says Environment Canada weather specialist Geoff Coulson.

He says you won't need to unpack your cold weather clothes for a while.

"There could still be a few days here and there, especially during the second half of September that we do see some cooler air coming in and then again as we go into October, normal temperatures will be falling so there's more chance of cool weather," says Coulson.
