CK Police Issue Tickets For Illegal Left Turns

Chatham-Kent police are cracking the whip, after warning drivers of an enforcement blitz at Keil Dr. and Riverview Dr.

Police say 33 motorists were issued tickets on Thursday, in only two hours, for making illegal left turns at the Keil Dr. bridge.

It's currently prohibited during the last phase of construction, and officers were out with reminders earlier this week.

They say disobeying a traffic sign may result in a $110 fine and two demerit points.
