Pataki Traded To Knights

The London Knights have acquired Wallaceburg native Brady Pataki in a trade with the Sudbury Wolves.

The Knights sent overage forward Chandler (CJ) Yakimowicz to the Wolves for Pataki and Sudbury's third round pick in the 2018 OHL Priority Selection, and Sudbury’s sixth round pick in the 2017 OHL Priority Selection.

“CJ was a key member of last season’s Memorial Cup Championship team and will continue to be a strong contributor for his new club and in his new role with the Sudbury Wolves,” says London Knights’ General Manager Rob Simpson. “His veteran leadership in the room and on the ice will be missed. He will have a great opportunity to finish his OHL career in Sudbury with the Wolves.”

Pataki played just four games for Sudbury last season, registering two assists. This is his third OHL season. He has played a total of 126 games, scoring 11 goals with 12 assists.
