Car Hits House During Crash

A 35-year-old man is charged with disobeying a stop sign in connection with a two-vehicle crash in Wallaceburg.

Police say the collision took place on Murray St. near Queen St. at around 6:30pm Tuesday night.

As the vehicles collided, one of them left the roadway and hit the corner of a house.

Officers only reported minor injuries at the scene and the damages are estimated at around $6,000.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
