Keep An Eye Out For Murder Suspect

Police believe the fourth suspect in a homicide on Mill St. is still in the Windsor area.

Daniel Shaw, 38, is still at large and is wanted for the death of a 26-year-old man who was found on October 19 beaten, bound and suffering from stab wounds in an apartment building at 605 Mill St. in Windsor. He died of his injuries on October 27.

Water Smith, 67, Dustin Schuh, 26, and Melissa Luyten, 32, are all in custody in connection to the incident. They are facing kidnapping, forcible confinement and murder charges.

Police are warning the public not to approach Shaw if he is seen.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
