Maroons Acquire Ethan Sarfati

The Chatham Maroons now have the top two scorers in the GOJHL's Western Conference.

Team officials have confirmed to BlackburnNews.com they've acquired forward Ethan Sarfati from the Lambton Shores Predators.

Sarfati trails Chatham's Austin Thompson by one point in the Western Conference points leaderboard so far this season (15 G, 22 A).

This is the third season in the GOJHL for the Macomb MI native. Last year he was the conference's points leader, knotting 30 G and 48 A. There's no word yet on if Chatham gave up anything to Lambton Shores in exchange for Sarfati.
