OPP Divers Called In

The search continues Wednesday for a 66-year-old Chatham man who went missing Sunday night.

Chatham-Kent police say the man may have slipped into the Thames River while he was out looking for his dog.

An OPP Dive Team has now joined the search effort, working alongside the CKPS Marine Unit to search the water.

They'll be using divers and sonar equipment during the day.

At the request of the family, the missing man's name will not be released.
