Strathroy-Caradoc Woman Missing

Police in Strathroy-Caradoc are asking for the public's help finding a missing 61-year-old woman.

Violet Henderson was last spoken to on Tuesday. It's believed she is driving a white 2008 Dodge Caravan, with rear windows that are tinted white. The Ontario licence plate of the vehicle is AE8 5184.

Police say they are concerned for the Strathroy-Caradoc woman's welfare.

Henderson is described as 5’6”, approximately 145lbs, with black hair, brown eyes, and a medium complexion. She was last seen wearing, a white top with grey / black leggings, a black jacket, and black knee high boots.

Police say Henderson is also known to frequent Chatham-Kent.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call police at 519-245-1250 or 911.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
