Seventh Annual Chatham Senior Fair Could Be Biggest Yet

This year's Seniors Fair in Chatham might be the biggest yet.

It's the seventh year and Active Lifestyle Centre Executive Director Linda Lucas tells BlackburnNews.com this year's event could surpass 700 people.

Lucas says she's not surprised, because Friday's weather is beautiful, adding "they come in droves."

The fair at the Active Lifestyle Centre has several guest speakers and 73 vendors. It ends Friday at 1pm.

Lucas says attendance is dependent on the weather, but the fair is worth the trip.

"Every year there's different vendors, different service clubs, senior resources to medical. The Erie St Clair LHIN is here... there's all kinds of people," Lucas says.
