Southwestern Ontario could be in for a wet night on Tuesday.
Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for London-Middlesex, Elgin, Oxford-Brant, Sarnia-Lambton, Chatham-Kent, and Windsor-Essex.
The national weather agency says heavy showers and thunderstorms will move into the region Tuesday night, dumping between 15-25mm of rain.
There is the potential for higher rainfall though, according to the statement issued by Environment Canada.
Motorists are advised to adjust their driving habits accordingly as water can pool on roadways.
The wet weather will continue throughout the day Wednesday.
