The fourth build by Habitat for Humanity Chatham-Kent will take place in Blenheim this summer.
On Wednesday, the group announced they are building a home on Sherman St. for Nicole Spall, Lee Chrysler and their children Lucas and Kylie.
Spall and Chrysler will work alongside volunteers to help build their home, putting in a minimum of 500 hours.
They hope to break ground on the project towards the end of April.
After the home is complete, the family will pay an affordable, interest-free mortgage to Habitat for Humanity.
This year's build is also a part of the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project, which is trying to build 150 homes to mark Canada's 150th birthday.
