A Bothwell man's love affair with his new truck is paying off in a big way.
Matt Curran is walking away with the Grand Prize from Lally Ford's "Be a Star -- Win Your Car Contest" in Tilbury.
Curran won $30,000 for his video, which he says was inspired by a dating website-theme.
"I tried to avoid the typical car commercials in hopes that it would go viral and it sort of went that route," says Curran.
The contest started just over a year ago and was open to anyone who purchased a new vehicle at one of the three Tilbury Auto Mall dealerships.
Contestants had to create a short video explaining why they loved the vehicle they picked.
Amy Natyshak, Paulette Emery, and the Medved Family all won runner up prizes of $2,500.
