A hearing for a Chatham man convicted of bigamy has been pushed back to May.
Timothy Mielczarek was released with conditions, but allegedly breached his conditions after being sentenced for bigamy on February 15.
Mielczarek was in Superior Court in Chatham on Tuesday to address the allegations.
Court officials say he will be back in court May 23 at 10am to set a date.
The 45-year-old Chatham man was charged with bigamy in 2013, but just received a six-month conditional sentence earlier this year.
Mielczarek was ordered to stay in Ontario, abstain from drugs or alcohol and stay home from 6pm to 6am unless he is granted permission from his supervisor for work-related reasons or a medical emergency.
Breaching bail conditions could mean jail time for Mielczarek.
