Ontario Budget Already Being Criticized By Local MPP

Chatham-Kent-Essex MPP Rick Nicholls says Thursday's provincial budget is nothing but a Liberal love in.

He's questioning how the Wynne Liberals are going to balance the budget without cutting programs.

Finance Minister Charles Sousa says there's new spending as the Liberals head into an election next year.

Sousa is already announcing the budget will contain funding to help deal with hospital overcrowding and spending to benefit seniors, students, parents and caregivers.

The budget speech starts at 4pm.
