Chatham-Kent has been named one of the most business friendly communities in North America.

"fDi Intelligence" has named Chatham-Kent as the seventh Business Friendliest Micro American Cities of the Future for 2017/2018 in its April/May issue.

"fDi Intelligence" is a division of the Financial Times.

It analysed 39 locations with populations below 100,000.

The five categories analysed include Economic Potential, Business Friendliness, Human Capital and Lifestyle, Cost Effectiveness and Connectivity.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
