Racing Action Returns To Dresden

Harness horse racing returns to Dresden Raceway this Sunday.

"We've got 11 great races dates starting this Sunday afternoon, post time 1:30pm," says track announcer Gary Patterson. "So many awesome things are happening at Dresden Raceway this season. We've got giveaways, we got t-shirts to give away, we've got lots of other prizes."

"The track is in great condition so the racing is going to be top notch, it's just going to be a fabulous day of racing," adds Patterson.

He also says harness horse racing is very exciting.

"I dare you to find somewhere in Chatham-Kent that's more entertaining and more of a value," says Patterson. "It costs nothing to get in, and there's nothing more exciting than when you pick a horse and that horse is coming down the stretch and racing up, gosh, there's just no feeling like it."
