UPDATE: Hwy. 401 Reopened In Chatham-Kent

Police have opened the westbound lanes of Hwy. 401 in Chatham-Kent.

The Ontario Provincial Police closed the highway because of a crash on Thursday around 11:20pm.

The westbound lanes of the highway were closed between Bloomfield Rd. and Queens Line to allow for guardrail repairs.

Police have not released any further information regarding the collision or if anyone has been injured.
