Crash On The 401 In CK

The Ontario Provincial Police in Chatham-Kent has charged a 22-year-old Windsor man after a rollover crash on Hwy. 401 east of Chatham.

It happened near Duart Rd. around 7:15pm Wednesday.

The OPP says a westbound vehicle lost control, entered the centre median, and rolled onto its roof in the eastbound lanes.

Investigators says the driver and the passenger were transported to local hospital where they were treated for minor injuries.

The man has been charged with careless driving.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
