An information picket to be held at Chatham Retirement Resort Friday afternoon has been postponed.
Unifor 2458 1st Vice President Mike Kisch says meetings are scheduled for next week with Revera to try and resolve the issues.
He says at least ten full-time jobs have been reduced to part-time and casual positions because personal support worker hours have been cut by more than 60%.
He fears that the 150 residents at the facility won't get the proper care they need because the hours of care have been slashed.
