UPDATE: Merlin Woman Injured In Rollover Crash On Lagoon Rd.

A woman was taken to the hospital after her vehicle rolled into a ditch on Lagoon Rd. just west of Blenheim.

Police say the collision took place Wednesday at around 11:45am.

Chatham-Kent Police Media Relations Officer Kelly Helbin confirmed that the driver of the car was a 37-year-old Merlin woman. Helbin says the woman was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injures.

Police say the woman was the only person in the vehicle at the time of the crash.

Helbin says the vehicle damage is estimated at $25,000.

The investigation is still ongoing.
