Woman Taken To Hospital After Collision

Police are investigating after a woman riding an e-bike was hit by a van in Chatham.

The collision took place at the intersection of Park Ave. W and Lacroix St. on Wednesday at around 4:30pm.

Police have confirmed a 47-year-old woman was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

It is unknown at this time if any charges will be laid.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
