Motorcycle Crash Victim Identified

A Chatham man has been identified as the victim in a fatal motorcycle crash west of London.

Emergency crews were called to Melbourne Rd. between Duff Line and Carroll Rd. in Southwest Middlesex around 3:45pm Sunday. A motorcycle heading north on Melbourne Rd. went off the road and into the east ditch.

The driver, 71-year-old Charles Shaw of Chatham, was killed.

Police are still investigating.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
