Uttering Threats Lands Wallaceburg Man In Hot Water

Chatham-Kent police have charged a 30-year-old Wallaceburg man with uttering threats.

Police say the man allegedly called a female acquaintance a couple of times last week, breaking his September probation conditions.  Investigators say he was to refrain from communicating in any way with the woman.

Police say on October 26, the man allegedly called her and began yelling at her.  Then the next day, it's alleged he called her again and threatened to damage her vehicle.

The suspect turned himself in on Wednesday.
