It's Time To Turn Back The Clocks

When you head to bed tonight, don't forget to set your clocks back an hour.

Canada will be switching from daylight saving time to standard time early Sunday morning, which means an extra hour of sleep. It also means darker skies heading home from school or work.

Clocks should be turned back one hour by 2am on Sunday.

Fire officials are also reminding residents that now is a good time to replace the batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

It is the law to have working smoke alarms on every storey of a home and outside of all sleeping areas.
