Be Careful Driving On Thursday

Environment Canada has issued a winter weather travel advisory for Thursday in Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex.

It says snowfall and rapidly falling temperatures could affect road conditions late Thursday afternoon and evening.  The agency says a cold front is expected over Southern Ontario on Thursday, dropping temperatures and changing scattered showers to flurries.

Officials say untreated surfaces could become icy and slippery late Thursday afternoon into the early evening, which will affect the evening commute.
