Lambton College to Postpone Open House

The strike involving Ontario's colleges is forcing one of them to postpone its fall open house.

Lambton College announced that they are postponing the open house set for Saturday, November 18 due to the labour dispute.

The event, one of the largest on the college's annual academic calendar, is tentatively rescheduled for Saturday, January 13, 2018.

The fall open house typically welcomes hundreds of visitors to the campus. Students and their families are given a chance to tour the campus, investigate college programs, inquire about housing and costs and meet faculty and staff.

Lambton College says that despite the postponement of the open house, prospective students can still arrange campus tours with the college.

Off-campus and telephone advising sessions are also available for students who are unable to make it to campus for a tour.

The enrollment team is available to speak with students on a one-on-one basis. Students and their parents can make an appointment by calling (519) 541-2403 or emailing info@lambtoncollege.ca.
