CK Heritage Calendars Go On Sale

Historians and architectural buffs will soon have some of Chatham-Kent's treasures at their fingertips.

Some of Chatham-Kent's heritage properties will be featured in calendars created by the CK Heritage Committee and a photography club called "The Viewfinders".

According to a media release from the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, the calendars come as part of Canada's 150th anniversary. However, they also celebrate unique landmarks in the community.

"In addition to the photos, information about the properties displayed along with educational information concerning their designation, is included on the back pages of the calendar," says a media release from the municipality.

The calendars are available at all municipal service centres but there's a limited amount available. The calendars cost $10 each.
