Maroons Are In Sarnia Thursday Night

The Chatham Maroons will try to build on a big 8-1 win over St. Marys Sunday night as they head to Sarnia to face the Legionnaires.

The last time the two teams met at Sarnia Arena, the Legionnaires managed to pull out a 3-2 overtime win. The last time the two teams played each other was at Memorial Arena in Chatham on November 19 with the Legionnaires beating the Maroons 8-6.

Sarnia is currently in fourth place with 31 points through 26 games while the Maroons are in sixth with 23 points in 23 games.

The Legionnaires are coming off a 5-3 loss in London Wednesday night.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
