Leamington man Michael Martin, 39, was killed when the SUV he was driving collided with a van cab on Hwy. 77 around 8:10pm on Sunday.
The driver of the cab and its four passengers were taken to hospital with injuries ranging from minor to serious.
Hwy. 77 between Essex County Rd. 18 and Mersea Rd. 5 was closed for several hours while the investigation took place.
