Express Weather the Storm in PEI 125-116

Chad Frazier scored 26 points as the Windsor Express beat the Island Storm 125-116 in Charlottetown Saturday night.

Windsor puts together a win during its Eastern Canada road swing and improves to 6-8 in the NBLC Central Division standings.

The Storm took the lead in the first quarter, but the Express was able to close the gap by halftime and trail by a 70-68 score. The score remained close through the third quarter, but Windsor outscored the Storm 32-18 in the fourth and took the win.

Two Express starters picked up double-doubles in addition to Frazier. Logan Stutz scored 24 points and got ten rebounds. Shaquille Keith led Windsor with 11 boards and put in 12 points.

Braylon Rayson scored 23 points off the bench for Windsor.

Chris Johnson led the Storm with 20 points. Franklin Session added 17 points and led with seven rebounds. Du'Vaughn Maxwell added 16 points.

The Express travel to St. John's Tuesday to take on the Edge. Tip-off is at 5:30pm Eastern.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
