Chatham-Kent OPP say a tractor trailer travelling westbound on Hwy. 401 near Communication Rd. lost control, crossed through center median, and rolled onto its side around noon on Monday.
The crash partially blocked one eastbound lane for around six hours.
No injuries were reported.
Police say a 48-year-old Kingsville man has been charged with making an unsafe move.
