Snowstorm Moving Into Southern Ontario

Snow is returning to southwestern Ontario and it could make for some slippery driving conditions Monday.

Environment Canada issued a special weather statement because it's tracking a storm that's expected to dump between 10-12 cm of snow on the area from Windsor to Woodstock. Just after 9:30am Monday, the weather agency updated the advisory for Middlesex-London, Oxford County, and Elgin County, issuing snowfall warnings for those areas with up to 15 cm possible.

Forecasters say the snowfall that began Monday morning will continue all day before tapering off in the evening or overnight.

Drivers should be prepared for messy road conditions, especially later in the day.
