Maroons Edge Stars 4-3

Dane Johnstone gave Chatham a 1-0 lead 49 seconds into the game and Bushnell added another before the second period. St. Thomas scored early in the second, but Dakota Bohn scored for Chatham with four seconds left in the frame to make it 3-1.

The Stars added one more goal early in the third but Bushnell was able to score his second of the night to keep St. Thoms two points behind. The Stars scored again 12 seconds before the buzzer but it wasn't enough to overtake Chatham.
