UPDATE: Freezing Rain Warning Ended

Environment Canada has ended a freezing rain warning for most of Southwestern Ontario.

Much of the region had experienced some freezing rain, sometimes mixed with snow, throughout the course of Sunday.

Most of the area will see lingering snow showers or flurries through Sunday night. Temperature lows will remain cold, ranging from -12 C to -15 C from Windsor to London.

Roads and parking lots may still have slick spots or some snow cover. Environment Canada advises drivers to slow down and recommends that residents watch closely for taillights ahead and maintain a safe following distance.
