CK OPP Take Two Unlicenced Drivers Off The Road

Two suspended drivers have been caught in Chatham-Kent.

The first was a 44-year-old Merlin man stopped by the OPP on St Clair Rd. near Coutts Line Thursday morning around 6:30am. He was charged and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.

The other driver was nabbed by the OPP on the Hwy. 401 near Mull Rd. Wednesday afternoon. OPP officers saw a westbound vehicle speeding and stopped it. A 35-year-old Windsor woman was charged in that case.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
