Fog Advisory in Effect Monday and Tuesday

The end of a long weekend will mean fog for back-to-work and school.

Environment Canada has issued a fog advisory for Monday night into Tuesday for Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent and London-Middlesex.

The weather agency says near-zero visibility is possible in some areas due to fog.

The fog is the result of unseasonably-mild temperatures in the region, bringing systems of rain with it.

Fog expected to lift later Tuesday morning, Environment Canada says.

Anyone traveling Monday night or Tuesday morning should use low-beam lights on their vehicles and slow down, using caution in dense fog areas.
