UPDATE: Thunderstorm Watch Ends In Windsor, Chatham-Kent

Environment Canada has ended a severe thunderstorm watch for Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent.

The weather agency had been tracking thunderstorms across the region, with the potential for strong gusts of winds and heavy rain.

Thunderstorms passed through the region along with cold front.

A severe thunderstorm watch means conditions are likely for thunderstorms to develop. A thunderstorm warning means a severe thunderstorm is occurring in the area, and proper precautions should be taken.

As of 7:15pm Saturday, the strongest storms moved out of the region.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
