Andrea Horwath To Visit Chatham Tuesday

Ontario NDP Leader Andrea Horwath will be making a stop in Chatham Tuesday night to cap off a busy day of campaigning.

She's expected to arrive at Mamma Maria's on King St. at around 6pm Tuesday for a "Pub Night" after starting her day with an announcement in Toronto and campaign stops in Brantford and Stratford on her way to Chatham-Kent.

Members of the public are welcome to show up with the doors opening at 5:30pm.

On Wednesday morning, Horwath will make an announcement in Windsor, followed by a second announcement in Leamington over the noon hour.

Horwath is the second major party leader to visit Chatham, following in the footsteps of PC Leader Doug Ford, who visited the John D. Bradley Centre on May 22 for a rally.

There is no word on whether Liberal Party Leader Kathleen Wynne will be making a stop in the area before the provincial election on June 7.
