Some parts of southwestern Ontario may see some wild weather Saturday night.
Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Windsor-Essex, Sarnia-Lambton and Chatham-Kent. The weather agency says conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.
Thunderstorms over Michigan are moving eastward toward the Canadian border. Environment Canada says the risk for severe weather will persist into the late evening hours of Saturday.
