CK police investigating O'Neil Street house fire

Chatham-Kent police are working with the Ontario Fire Marshal’s Office to investigate a house fire in Chatham.

Officers said emergency crews responded to the scene at 65 O'Neil St. at around 6 a.m. Monday.

Investigators said no one was home at the time of the incident and they have not released any information on a suspected cause or a damage estimate.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
