Express fall at Sudbury 116-112

The Windsor Express got a lead Saturday night in Sudbury, but were unable to hold it.

The Sudbury Five got hot down the homestretch and secured a 116-112 win over the Express at Sudbury Arena. With the loss, the Express fall to 1-4 on the season.

Horace Wormely led Windsor in scoring with 24 points, including three-for-eight from beyond the arc. Brian Addison added 18 points for the Express and led the team with 11 rebounds, picking up a double-double. Ryan Anderson sank an additional 16 points.

Braylon Rayson led all scorers with 28 points for Sudbury. Travis Releford put down 26 and Jaylen Bland added 20, while leading the Five defensively with 12 rebounds.

Windsor hits the road Thursday night for a game against the London Lightning.
