UPDATE: Queens Line re-opens after crash near Chatham

Chatham-Kent police have re-opened Queens Line just west of Chatham after a four-vehicle pileup early Friday morning.

Officers were called to the scene shortly before 6 a.m. and closed Queens Line (Highway 2) between Bloomfield Road and Dillon Road for several hours for the investigation and cleanup.

Chatham-Kent EMS said paramedics assessed five patients and took three of them to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

There is no word yet on charges.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
