Leamington OPP looking for two assault suspects

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking for the public's help to identify two suspects allegedly involved in a Leamington assault.

Police said a man was hit with an unknown object and collapsed on his Julien Avenue front porch on December 3 at around 6 p.m. Investigators added that two men were standing next to the victim's car in the driveway when he left his house. The suspects fled the area after the attack.

The victim suffered minor injuries.

A composite sketch of one of the suspects has been released. The OPP is asking anyone with information regarding this assault to contact the Leamington OPP detachment at 519-326-2544. Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
