Man wanted by police in fraud investigation

The Chatham-Kent Police Service is looking for the public’s help in identifying a man in connection with a fraud investigation.

Officers said a woman's purse was stolen from a church on December 17 and one of her credit cards was fraudulently used at a Chatham drug store.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Constable Doug Littlewood at douglasl@chatham-kent.ca or 519-436-6600 ext. 87288.  Anonymous callers may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) and could be eligible for a cash reward.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
